PharmaLog System Support

We offer maintenance services for our customised systems installed on customer servers, following live launch, and as part of a separate agreement. 

This service provides general peace of mind to our customers, so they can be sure there will be a service provider in the long term who will maintain and, if necessary, modify the warehouse management and logistics system they have purchased / rented, performing the adaptations in compliance with official regulations.

Having a dedicated associate who is fully familiar with the specifics of the customer to call on with their questions is also important and advantageous for users: you will always have someone to ask for advice if you encounter any obstacles during your work.
