PharmaLog system deployment
Aside from supplying or renting our software, we of course provide full deployment services, together with all subtasks, and – following live launch – support and monitoring services for the system.
Our partners can monitor deployment projects as well as subsequent projects and development requirements via our help desk system.

What do we offer during deployment?
Our system deployment service is a full-service package containing the following components.
Assessment
We assess user needs, the requirements for live launch, and the necessary modifications. We specify the subtasks, the managers, the schedule and the deadlines for the deployment project.
Preserving Prior Data
We convert our customers’ previously created databases into new databases.
Testing
Testing phases of various complexity, environments, and depths: IT, integration and launch tests. Test plans – documentation – validation.
Other Services
The “standard” service package can be supplemented with supplying devices relating to PharmaLog, as well as further services. These can include the supply of hardware devices (e.g. RF terminals or bar code reader devices) or even the supply of warehouse equipment and warehouse organisation solutions.

Preliminary Assessment
As a first step, we assess user needs and the requirements for live launch.

Preparing an Adaptation List
We draw up an adaptation list containing the necessary changes and upgrades for the system.

Conclusion of an Agreement
Based on the preliminary assessment and the adaptation list, we prepare a quote. After it has been accepted and the agreement concluded, the actual work may begin.

Preparing a Project Plan
Following the conclusion of the contract, a scheduled project plan is prepared, with milestones until the live launch.

Project Plan Follow-up
We monitor the project plan prepared, consulting daily and weekly about:
execution of adaptations
user consultations
database conversion
system administrator training
user and leadership training
testing

Live Launch
At the end of the successful testing process, live launch is initiated and users can safely use the system.
